1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (DIGITAL GOODS POLICY)
The Record Station provides a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, digital cloud storage (TRC Vault), Smart Links, and digital music distribution to Digital Service Providers (DSPs). Due to the nature of our immediate-access digital services, all subscription payments (monthly and yearly) are strictly non-refundable once processed. By subscribing to any of our Pro Plans or Label Plans, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund.
2. CANCELLATION AND DOWNGRADE ADVANTAGE
You may cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time through your Dashboard settings.
No Prorated Refunds:
If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid billing cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days. You will continue to have access to the Pro features until your current billing period expires.
The "No-Takedown" Downgrade:
Upon the expiration of your canceled Pro Plan, we will not delete your music from the DSPs. Instead, your account will be seamlessly downgraded to our Free Plan, and your royalty payouts will automatically adjust to the Free Plan split (80% to you, 20% to us). Your catalog remains safe and online.
3. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds are only issued under the following rare circumstances, at the sole discretion of The Record Station:
Duplicate billing errors caused by our payment gateway.
Significant technical failures on our platform that completely prevented the distribution of your content, which our technical support team was unable to resolve within 14 business days.
Any refund requests based on these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction.
4. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES (STRICT POLICY)
We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or bank without contacting our support team first to resolve the issue:
Your account will be immediately suspended.
We reserve the right to issue a permanent takedown of your entire catalog from all DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).
Any pending royalties in your account will be frozen and confiscated to cover the chargeback fees, administrative penalties, and dispute costs incurred by The Record Station.
